Hi Everyone - Is anyone else here noticing that as time goes by, you are eating less and less? Appetite diminishing? Seems as though there is less room in your pouch? Susan

I have zero appitite.. I sometimes forget I need to eat yet alone drink... seems I get foames in my throat not gonna vomit but it really kills my appitite ..i have 2 oz in my pouch .. Lisa

Wish I had that problem... mine seems to be doing the opposite. I can eat a lot more than when I first started out. But I think that's a good thing... because before I was barely eating enough to sustain a baby bird! I think now I'm finally eating healthy proportions. I have some days where I just can't seem to tolerate food at all... but those are few & far between. Overall I'm eating a pretty well balanced diet.

My appetite is TOO strong. I feel hungry a lot. I believe part of it is because I'm much more active than I was previously. I really have to stick to my feeding schedule, and make good food choices- or I think I'd graze all day. Just like "fat Dave" used to do. DD

I know what you mean Dave, I now know I can cheat from time to time, and it bugs me! I'm still a carb nazi, but I've found no-carb snacks that I probably shouldn't have around!

I have good days and bad days. Today no hunger, some nausea, should really have a yogurt to keep with my schedule, but I don't feel like it (i.e. worry it'll give me more nausea). Last week however, I ate quite a lot. So who knows...

I seem to be eating less & less. I still have the nausea after I eat (not as bad as it used to be but still usually there) so it doesn't make eating too appealing. Add to that nothing tastes as good as I remember it used to taste. Also, the nausea feels so similar to hunger pangs it's hard to tell which is which! I have no idea how much room the pouch has because when it starts that swirling feeling, I'm done!

I'm with Lisa, I too forget to eat and drink many days. I have actually learned that I need to eat a good size breakfast, because I tend to forget all about lunch. Then when dinners comes, IM STARVING! So, since I eat my lunch for breakfast, I am pretty satisfied until 6, 7o'clock. I've been very lucky w/ nausea, haven't had it since month one.

I'm still struggling w/ grazing and it isn't always protein, which is why my success story is going a little slower than the rest of y'all. I do workout at least 5 times a week, and pretty rigorously, which is probably the reason I lose at all. I'm having a tough time w/ three meals a day. Too many bad habits for too many years.
