Follow up appointment!

Amazing! I went for my follow up, and officially, I'm down 150 lbs. It's 57% of my excess body weight, and honestly, my surgeon was stunned. He asked me what I was doing, if I was eating properly, and all the usual questions. I'm still in disbelief of all this myself. It's turning out to be a really great ride that I'd do a million times over again. Lovin my new life! Although I still have about 100 more lbs to lose to get me to where they want me to be, I'd be happy right around 160-180. I'm expecting this to slow up soon, but the surgeon said it doesn't happen til usually 8-12 months out! AMEN!
