Fabulous Fiber Find

Hola all! Hope everyone is doing well this fine Wednesday and that it's not hot where you are!! We had one day of "hot" here on the Central Coast of Cali and I wanted to just lay in a tub of ice water all day. I think it got to 90 here at the ocean, I'm such a whiner. Anywho, I wanted to let you know of a fabulous fiber find at Trader Joe's - they are the Apple or Blueberry Zen Bakery Fiber Cakes. 80 calories, 13 grams fiber and 5 grams protein. They have helped me this past week get things, err, moving along, and I've lost 2 pounds in two days, something I haven't done in a loooong time. I was clearly FOS, lol. I found these gems in the TJ's bakery section, they come 6 to a package and i wish i could remember how much they were, 2 or 3 bucks I think. they are right next to some muffins from the same Zen Bakery, so be sure you get the fiber cakes, not the muffins (the cakes are smaller and flat on top). kind of dry but good nuked for 30 seconds or so. and as long as they keep me then i'm happy!!
