knowing when u r full?
Does anyone have this problem u r eating something and all of a sudden u get full w/o warning? I measure out a 2 shot glasses of food but some things are hard to judge how much u r eating.. but sometimes I can only eat
1 shot glass full and other stuff 3 shot glasses full
How long do u wait btwn bites 1 min 5 mins? I try never to get full but it is a fine line and man it hurts if i over eat.. but i cannot figure it out tell to late I am full , any hints would help me I know I have only a 2 oz pouch eating a large egg is all i can eat .. and feel ok.. My feelig of full comes on so fast..
Anyone have any suggestion?

I wish I could offer some advice but I am not a lap band patient... the moment I feel full I push the food away and sit for a moment to think about the feeling. If it subsides then I know I might be able to handle more food... I am still learning, though. Some days I'll totally be able to eat more and other days it's just not happening. Hit or miss really.
Some things are sneaky - soft mushy foods are easiest (refried beans, yogurt etc), things like Chicken Breast are still a nono for me - something about the fibers I guess. Oddly, I can tolerate chicken nuggets (yea, I've got kids - therefore a steady supply at hand) - maybe because the chicken is "fused" together (if you remember that commercial - you're my age! LOL).
I still tend to take a bite, put down the fork, then pick up the fork when I'm done thoroughly chewing and swallowing. That usually works out to around a bite every minute or so. If I eat too fast, it is a bad thing - so it's been pretty easy to keep it in line.
I can only eat around 4-5oz at a sitting - MAX. Any more, and it's the drooling, foaming prelude to tossing my cookies - so I don't pu****
U R exzactly right If I eat pass my full point I will get the foamies and their goes my meal.. i sometimes hiccup and I stop.. but some reason my full signal is real slow to work lol
Hey I like putting down the fork idea.. so simple why didn't I think of that ? LOL I am thinking I am eating to fast .. and not chewing enough.. happens real easy when I am with people .. why i usually eat alone.. 2 oz meal is not much..
