4 months and finally proud

Well I hit my 4 month marker on the 26th, and as of today I'm a total of 79 pound down. It has taken me till now to pat myself on the back; and finally realizing that "hey, I dont look too bad". I wore a size 14 shorts for the first time yesterday, and a 14/16 shirt. It feels so good. I know this sounds silly, but I dont know where to shop after I'm out of a 14. I've been shopping at Lane Bryant for such a long time now, where do I go now??!!??

Try thrift stores while you are downsizing, I got 2 Torrid shirts in a size (haha) 1, a linen skirt, overalls and a shrug for $12, all new or nearly new. I'm also fond of Old Navy and Target for affordable stuff while the sizes shift, but I am lucky to not have to dress up for work because I telecommute. yay! shopping is fun now!! Inky

Thanks for the advise! I too dont have to dress up...I'm a stay at home mom. I'll have to check out the thrift stores and old navy. PS I used to love Torrid!!!

Isn't this such a great problem to have? Congratulations on graduating from Lane Bryant! I am in the same boat. I agree that Target and Old Navy are great. Also, don't forget Ross, TJ Maxx, and Marshall's. I've found some amazing deals at those places.
