Hello Everyone, I hope everyone had a good week, I know I did. I had the week off and it was my 40th birthday on Friday. Something I might have dreaded a few months ago. But not now. Ok, here are my numbers: Highest: 347 DOS: 323 Last week: 243 today: 238 Another 5lbs gone forever. That is 85lbs since surgery and 109 over all!!

Susan, 4 pounds in a week is wonderful!! You must be so happy. I am not worried about the 1 pound loss. I know it will come off but I am just hoping this will not be the start of a stall.

Hello Everyone, This week I went through my closet and gave away 4 bags of cloths to a Dear Friend. I went to the outlet mall and bought some great stuff at the JCPenney outlet store. I can't believe I wear an XL shirt! It is awesome being able to shop the entire store instead of one tiny corner. My stats: Highest/ DOS - 361.5 Last Week - 273.4 This Week - 272 Lose This Week - 1.4 Total Lose - 89.5 (I was hoping for 90, but got close) Have a great week everyone!!!

Hey Everyone.. Has been another amazing week for me.. even with slight unfill I am doing great.. I really feel my weight loss is finally happening I maybe the turtle in the group as far as losing the slowest in April surgery group concerned but I am losing .. I am just whipping threw the 230's so fast I even gave a thought to maybe be in 220's soon and just think 2 weeks ago I was praying to get out of 240's. Here we go Highest weight 295 size 30 jeans Documented highest weight 283 lost 20 lbs to medically supervised diet 200 calories a day Day of consult 263 Nov 06 & april 1 when I started My WlS journey Day of surgery 250 Last week 237 Today 233 -4 lbs loss this week GONE FOREVER 30 GONE FROM APRIL 1 07 TOTAL LBS GONE FOREVER IS 62 LBS!!!!!
