Hey Guys, I was out of town visiting relatives last week, so I was unable to post. It was great to see everyone. I have not seen them since before the surgery. I was a bit nervous, but it went well. They were all surprised by the changes. Highest: 319 lbs DOS: 293.5 lbs 2 weeks ago: 233 lbs Today: 227.5 lbs (-5.5) Total Lost: 91.5 lbs Since surgery: 66 lbs Congratulations to everyone who had a great week. Keep up the good work.

DOS: 247 Today: 188 Goal: 140 Total Lost: 59 lbs. I have officially moved out of the 190's and have entered the 180 zone!!!! Yee-Haaw!!!!! And it feels soooooo good!

hI GANG! You all are doing friggin AWESOME!!!! I had about three glasses of wine during the week,...baaad So, that coupled with no excersice the week before, caused me to gain 5 pds. I worked my tail off for a couple of days, and thank goodness, lost all 5 again. Sooooo, no loss for me darnit. I'll get back into the swing of things this week though... Highest weight: 305 Day of surgury: 290 Last week: 214 now: 214 Have a great week all! Dawn
