Hey there A-team! HELP!
Don't feel guily, you did not over do it and you did not have the crust. I have been eating pizza toppings since I was about 6 weeks out. I don't eat more than one bite of crust but I have had it.
Since we are confessing, I have also had small amounts of white rice, and a couple of bites or white bread. Guess what I am still losing, so I am not stressing, just 4 months ago I could have easily eaten 4 slices of pizza in about 10 minutes so don't feel bad. This is a lifelong change and we will slip just remember what needs to be done to get back on track!
