Blood work is back

Ok, this happened last week, but thought it would be worth posting. Preop my blood work showed Cholesterol around 230, sugars near 120 fasting, and not so good A1c's. Post op my Cholesterol is 166, sugars are normal and A1c is normal too. My B12 is rock solid, as are all other numbers! Yea! Still dropping like a rock - but feeling really tiny now (what are these things protruding from my shoulders - could they be bones!?) Gonna hit the gym this weekend, start putting some of that muscle back on. Have a great weekend folks -
