4 Months and 100lbs gone
Ok so I haven't lost it all in 4 months but it's still gone 
. I weighed in today for my 4 month surgiversary and the scale said exactly 185lbs. I am no longer obese just over weight with a BMI of 29.9. I can't believe how different I feel sometimes. However I still see FAT when I look in the mirror. It's times like this I'm glad I'm single because there is no way in gods green earth I would let someone see me naked right now. I think they would run and hide. I am 45lbs away from my goal and hope to be there before my 1 year anniversary date. My current mini goal is 165 by my 6 month check up so I have 2 months to loose 20lbs. Wish me luck
