dizzy are you too
I have been told it is very normal when loosing weight very quickly it is your blood pressure stabilizing itself in away. I get it all the time and even fall over sometimes if I get up to fast and don't hold onto something. Some days are better than others but sometimes it is really bad. If I hit a stall for a week or so it will go away then when weight loss resumes it starts all over again.
Could be... an A1C test would show what levels you've been at for the past few months. Since we're early on in our WLS journey, I think it will get better as time goes on.
I've had mixed reactions from the other doctors I've seen (outside of my surgeon). I think that the medical community isn't up on the promise and effects of what we are doing... so, if your doc doesn't listen and communicate that he will work with your meds as your body chemistry changes, I'd go see another.
Hang in there - but don't go hiking till it passes. I fell down a mountain due to my dizziness when my sugars started raging last year.
