Hey Guys, Sorry I'm so late. I have had a busy week. As I posted earlier, I became obsessed with the scales and had to remove them from my house. I weigh at a friend's house every monday. I had to work late on monday so I weighed in today. Highest: 319 lbs DOS: 293.5 lbs Last week: 236 lbs Today: 233 lbs (-3) Total loss: -86 lbs Since surgery: -60.5lbs Every one is doing so well. I am proud of all of us.
