How MUCH Can Everyone Eat?
Well, I am on the small pouch and super small outlet side and have been working on a frozen south beach chicken entree for about an hour now and I am only working on the chicken! I usually can get in 4 oz yogurt, 1 cheese stick, or 2 oz chicken/fish at a time. I still do a huge protein shake in the morning to help get all my protein in and I am at least getting 75-80 g protein on most days now. (For a long time 60g was impossible!) I still can't get in all the fluid if I try to get in the protein...
I have to be careful.
