Foods to avoid please share your list
I can eat ground beef
chicken very little and only sometimes

I do alot of smart ones spicy schewan with chicken
I eat a snores almost everyday with real chocolate and a marshmallow I eat one square.
Putting fat free/sugar free ice cream in my protein is a no no. made me sick full
sugar alcohols make me sick.

crackers are OK
salads OK too
I eat taco meat every sat and spaghetti every Sunday (I buy 1 package of meat and split it) Italian sausage makes me sick

I can have rice (thank GOD, because i'm 1/2 chinese and it's a staple), but only about 1/4 cup, and it has to be cooked real well.

did I mention bread? i miss bread. i'd kill for one bite of a nice toasted sub, and i didn't even like them that much pre-op. oh well. i look good and i feel great!
Strangely, I can eat just about anything in small amounts and as long as I eat it slowly, it stays down.
I choose not to eat bread, although I seem to tolerate it but it does fill me up quickly so I usually avoid it or eat very limited amounts.
Red meat is fine, moist chicken (dark meat) is fine too. Mexican foods are fine especially love salsa & chips. Chinese foods are fine, & I can tolerate popcorn too! I can eat rice & pasta in small amounts because they tend to fill me up too quickly but they go down easy. Plus, I just don't want all those carbs. Veggies are fine too and I LOVE salads. I had the asian grilled chicken salad at McDonald's the other day and it was sooooo DELICIOUS. I ate the whole salad too!
I even had a small slice of Dairy Queen's ice cream cake the other day and it went down fine. I don't seem to have a problem with sugar... which scares me. I tolerate it pretty well. But I still avoid it as much as possible cause I don't want to start my old bad habits again.
Even though I can eat just about anything, I still think I eat way too little. My pouch just doesn't hold much so my quanities are very small... sometimes I wonder if it's enough to sustain me. On an occassion I get excited when I can finish a meal... like the McDonald's salad... but that's rare. I'm usually stuffed after a few bites. Oh well, it seems to be working!

Pork - reeallly bad
had to throw away my popcorn - still a trigger food. I can't stop eating it!
brown rice or pilaf is ok in very small amts, white is a no-no
Lettuce is good - pretty much any salad - gotta watch the dressing
chicken is okay... beef has been ok
oddly enough, tuna has come back for a second visit several times
eggs- hard boiled and deviled ok, scrambled - no way =0)
crackers are ok if seven grain or wheaty - like 2/day... no saltines
strawberries are gross now, used to LOVE them
watermelon ok if cut very small and chew chew chew it up
cantalope has been ok, and honeydew. grapes are yummy.
I cant eat ice cream anymore (waaaah!)
I seem to have become lactose intolerant
I also cant eat pasta anymore, which is horrible considering im Italian and my family LOVES pasta!
Everything else i seem to tolerate well, although carbs make me extremely tired so i do try to avoid them. If i eat anything with carbs, i either need a nap or i drag through the day.
