Action Hero Makeover on Discovery Health

As I was frantically trying to get caught up on my housework, I saw the show on Actor Gil Gerard's WLS journey. He had Mini GB. What is amazing is I now remember this was the show that helped me decide to have WLS. For some reason, this show really explained the risks and rewards of having surgery to me. I had always watched other shows about other patients but this one was the decider. It really takes me back and helps me realize how far I have come since February. This surgery was truly a blessing for me, just like this board is my lifeline. I just thought it was good for me to really reflect back and think about all the challenges I had before but also the challenges I must deal with now. Thanks again to everyone.
