Found this great new site to track our food intake and weightloss!
Thought id share
* Search for foods right from their homepage: http://www.thedailyplate.com/ You can search for generic terms like "pizza" or "cheese," for restaurant food like "Burger King Whopper," or specific brands like "Nabisco Crackers."
* Then, track the items you eat each day by finding them on the site and clicking the "I Ate This" button.
* Once you've tracked the foods you've eaten on your "My Plate" page (http://www.thedailyplate.com/users/myplate), you can keep track of your daily intake of calories, fat, protein, calcium, vitamins, and more! They'll even chart your progress over time.
* You can also track your water intake each day to make sure you're getting your eight recommended glasses.
