My 3 month surgiversary update!

Allie~ A BIG CONGRATS on the75 LBS!! ! OMG that is the size of a 4th grader! Great Job! Sorry you are in pain. I am all about Baylor. My Mom had a Liver Transplant there in 1992. I know every inch of that place! Literally! I thought long and hard about having my surgery in Dallass but finally realized, down the road it might get to be a little inconvenient for me to travel for every appointment (even tho my sister lives in Mesquite). Anyway, I am pleased with my Doc here. I hope you get some relief soon and I wil put you on my prayer list. Please keep us posted. Huggs, Rhonda

Yeah and yesterday I was 78 pounds down.........almost the size of my 12 year old! He's 80 pounds!! lol I really do like Baylor. It's a good hospital. It's over an hour away but worth the drive to get that care! Allie

Allie, That 75 lbs is WONDERFUL but boy,, you sure have had to suffer for it! I so hope they are able to straighten things out for you and the rest of your recovery goes smoothly. Keep us updated!! Pam T

Thanks Crystal. Everything went horribly at the ER. I had to go to my surgeon's office yesterday. I just posted an update. SUCKS! Thanks for the encouragement! Allie

Congrats on the 75-lb weight loss!!! That's awesome! I keep you in my daily prayers because I just can't imagine going through all the suffering you have endured. I do pray that things get better for you soon hun. Hang in there and know that people are pulling for you! Hugs!

Awwww thanks Lisa! You are so kind. I do appreciate those prayers! Now I've lost 78 pounds and lost my G-tube yesterday. Lordy. I never get a break with this! I'm ready to go back to the way I was but won't even consider it til I've hit under the 250 mark. I'm 366 right now. Allie
