My 3 month surgiversary update!

Hey all. I can't believe it's been 3 months since my WLS. SO weird! I weighed today at my cardiologist's office and I was 369!!! OMG.......couldn't believe it. 75 pounds gone forever! On a side note. I'm sitting here in my computer chair in monumental amounts of pain and it looks like my G-tube is infected and I hurt SO bad. I was crying earlier when I got in the shower to see if that would help, but nope. I'm about to go to our local ER......which I HATE....but I'm not going to let them do much.......only tell me if it is indeed infected. If so I'm off to Baylor.......my hospital in Dallas. I wish this stuff would be over with and I could have 1 normal week! I hope you all are doing well! Allie (sorry, cross posted )

Seventy-five pounds!! How awesome!!! say it slow... sevvenntyyy-fffiiiivvve wow! That is sooo great! In only 3 months! With all that you've been through, you're still doing fantastic in the loss arena... hope it takes the edge off. I hope they will give you something for the pain at the hospital. I'm hoping that all the crap will dissipate soon. We're still pulling for ya'. =0)

Thanks Karen. I'm happy about the weight being off........it just hasn't come off in a very healthy manor. Guess it's true if you starve the weight will come off. Gee whiz! Allie

Wow Allie, I'm so sorry you're having to go back to the ER. What a bummer! Congrats on the weight loss, though. At least there's one good thing happening out of this. Make sure to keep us posted!
