Congrats on the 93# loss, I am very happy for you! You are lucky my doctor makes a full visit and asks questions and sits there wanting feedback, I just want to go, get weighed and leave. Then I have an appointment with my NUT, she is not helpful at all! Don't get me started on her. Roz

Well I am going to join the ranks and give you a great big CONGRATS for such a great job loosing so much weight...and doing all the things the doc has asked you to do, including reschedule your appt. Your loss is outstanding! Sorry your doc was so short with you. Maybe he had a bad day, or a case of the runs, or who knows, maybe he is a jerk! After hearing some negative vibes about other's docs I have to chime in that I am quite lucky that I have a terrific surgeon who takes as much time as we need, even if he is running a little late already. (Honestly, I while I don't like it, I understand it if I have to wait an hour or two, as long as all my questions are answered by the end of the appointment. In fact, I always alot extra time in my schedule knowing that my surgeon is likely to run late if he had an emergency or had to work in other sick patients at the last minute.) Keep up the great work! Dianne

Thanks for the props, I'm pretty much going by what the dietician and physiologist are saying now - I guess the surgeon's job is done now, but I'd still be his best advertisement if he hadn't been so abrupt. Keepin' on keepin' on here on our 2nd west coast!

Wow. I can't believe these stories. My surgeon is the absolute best, even to the point of giving me her personal cell phone number when I spent 4 days in a scottsdale hotel after surgery. She has been the very best thing through this entire process and I have been blessed to have her and her entire staff. They are all just amazing. I do wish you all had her, but at the very least, we have each other. shana p.s. does anyone else find they lose hours each night doing the "quick check" on the OH board? Where does the time go??

Dear Jeff, Congratulations on 93 pounds. That is excellent. I saw my surgeon at six weeks and the next appt is six months from the surgery so I don't have to go bac****il October. I could understand your frustration. Keep up the great work! Hillary
