Good Morning all Sorry I'm a day late for the weigh-in. I had a pretty good week this week. Height on DOS: 4/30/07 345lbs Yesterday: 7/15/07 279 lbs. TOTAL LOSS: 66 lbs. Not too shabby I think!

I've lost another 2 pounds this week...a slow week, but heck, it's still a net loss, so I'm happy. It's been raining steadily all week, so I figure I'm water-logged. That's my story and I'm sticking with it. Highest: 240 DOS: 232 Last: 179 Current: 177 Marcia
