Sunday weigh-in, 7/15/07 editition.

Goooood Morning, losers. It's time to hop on the scales and share your success with the world. ( Or at least the part of it that matters, your A-Team buddies) I had a busy week. A lot of running the roads, and eating poor choices- out of convinience. However I did get a marathon bike ride in yesterday, and it saved me. I'm down 3 pounds for the week. Here's the numbers: Highest, 11/06 387 lbs. DOS, 4/18/ 2007 358 lbs. Last, 7/ 8/ 2007 298 lbs. Today 7/15/ 2007 295 lbs. (-3 lbs.) Enjoy being active this week. DD

It's a sad, sad week here......I didn't lose an ounce this week. I hope it's not the start of a long stall. 67 pounds lost

Morning all! It has been a very exciting week. The kids are off at camp, so it is just me and the baby while the hubby is at work. I found some goal jeans at a really great sale, and best of all I found out that my brother and sil are expecting again (their first child was still born 11/14/06) Anyway to the business at hand, the weigh in. Date of Surgery 351.6 Last week 272 Today 264.8 Total loss 7.2 pounds Congrats to everyone on their great losses!

As already reported, this was a great week for me also now that I am HALFWAY to goal. Steady as she goes, I lost another 2.8 lbs this week. SW- 282lbs CW- 224lbs Loss to date: 58 lbs!!! I am off to another race so I thought I better check in early (it's only 6:15AM out here on the west coast). Life is certainly better-oh the possibilities now. Goooooooo "A" team.............

I didn't have a great week either. Way too much going on and too little sleep. I realized how important sleep really is this week. Normally, I make good choices and keep a very regular eating schedule to get everything in. This week I was all over the place because I was exhausted. I would forget to eat, I would start nibbling without thinking. Not enough one day, too much the next and I only worked out once. And I got a pitiful amount of water in each day. Oh well, put it behind me now. Highest: 348 DOS: 343 Last week: 267 This week: 265 PS - DD if you have a great week, it looks like you'll be the first A-team member to join the century club at next weigh in!! I estimate 3-4 more weeks until I get there. Have a great week!

Oh, and the bright point. I skipped an entire size this week. I had been wearing mostly 20 on top and 24 on the bottom (albeit loosely) and this week I tried on clothes and got into (get this...) REGULAR sized tops, XL (yep, not plus size) and size 20 on the bottom. I really like skipping sizes, heck of a lot cheaper!

Hey, and don't think that I don't know it Jessica! My goal is to hit the "century" mark by the first of August. If I stay on track and make good choices, I should be able to meet this goal. I gotta believe that many of us will hit the century mark in August. DD

I am officially at one pound lost this week, but the scale went as low as 224, so I'm hopeful that by next week, I'll have those other two pounds off too. High: 278 DOS: 264 Last Week: 227.4 Today: 226.4 38 since surgery; 52 total.

Morning DD! After a ten day stall that seemed like forever, I am down 1.5 pounds for a total loss of 60 freaking pounds. Woohoo!! Highest 2/27/07 322 DOS 4/26/07 309 Today 7/15/2007 262 Also I measured myself and am down 18.625 inches overall. Shr-inky
