where is everyone? I hope at the gym
I am gonna assume everyone is out working at the gym LOL ok I missed out on doing a roll call on sunday I want everyone to increase 5 mins more this week to cardio work out (just kidding)LOL Today I did 25 mins of cardio then 20 laps in pool and did about 30 mins of weight training.. and tonight I am heading to water aerobics work out ..
I worked out monday tuesday and today ..
having oral surgery tommorrow so I assume I probally won't be in much mood to work out friday sat sun ..
Just want people to be excited and motivated to exercise out their new hot bodies.. and if it is not hot body yet then even more reason to work out LOL
I can work out so can u .. RIGHT? I figured since I am the probally the slowest loser on the board so I am bring up the rear SO TO SPECK and I am leaving no one behind me .. SO if anyone of u want to take my crown away for being slowest loser just keep not exercisisng LOL ...

Holy moly!!! Do you work out like that every day??? I was all proud of myself for working so hard. You're putting me to shame, girlfriend! =0)
I only go Mon, Wed, Fridays and get in 10 min on a recumbant bike and a good 1/2 hour on weight training. I'm really exhausted after that, but also "swim" at least once a week... it's not like laps, though. More like kickboarding until I can go no more and floating around after that. (then off to the jacuzzi after that)
My doc told me at my 3 mo checkup that's why i've been plateau - ing for 3 weeks or so. Building muscle, losing fat.
Temps here are supposed to come down to 100 next week, so I'll be getting out there for my walks at lunch again soon.

I went to my Dr and he has released me to eat whatever within reason of course, and to start exercising. He want me to do 50 crunches (2 x a day) and leg raises from siting in an arm chair. I will also be kicking up my cardio and starting weight training. I also told him I was increasing my protein drinks to 4 a day when I exercise! It is really good that you are here to nudge us because I need it!!
