Working Out?
Find something you love to do. Don't just pick the usual and then be bored with it. Feel free to be uncoventional about your choice of exercise. It can be tai chi, chi gong, pilates, dancing or any type of activity that requires sustained movement.
If you love doing it then you will not need a fire to make you get up and moving.

The fire under my ass is sagging skin and $20K in plastics a year down the road. A) I cannot afford it. B) From experience I can now say that surgical pain sucks!! Honestly, that's what's driving me. I can't see losing all this weight and then still hating to look at my body because I have a bunch of loose skin. I go to the gym and do conventional workouts and as long as I have my ipod, I eventually get pumped and get into it. Good luck, it is not easy!!
