Where is everyone? OK, I guess I will start the weigh in. I had a good week Weight DOS 345 Weight last week 284 Weight today 279.5 for a 4.5 lb loss Total lost 65.5 ugly pounds gone forever

Good Job!!! I missed last weeks weight in. 397 - Pre-op diet weight 318 - Last week 312 - Today Total lost 85Lbs!!! Hoping to get below 300 by Aug. 1st. Have a Great week everyone!!

I guess it was a good Sunday to sleep in!! I only lost 1 pound this week, but I can justify that by saying that my aunt flo stopped by for a visit again. LOL. I am definitely not complaining, 81.6 pounds in just under 3 mos is awesome!! I actually was able to ride an amusement ride with my kids yesterday! That was exciting for me, I haven't done that in years. Weight DOS 351.6 last week 271 weight today 270 That's 81.6 pounds gone forever!!

Hello A-team! Feeling good and Choose to Lose! Highest: 325 DOS: 309 Last Week: 261 Today: 259 feels good to be under 260! That is a total of 2 lbs for the week and 66 lbs gone for ever!

Good Morning A team. I am so proud of how well we are all doing!! I had another good week. I am 17 lbs away from losing 100lbs.!!That would be from my pre-op weight. Everyone is doing so good! I have not lost a stinking pound in 2 weeks Highest: 276 DOS: 263 Last weigh in (6/24): 214 Today: 214 Hopefully the scales will start moving this week. My goal is to be under 200 by Aug. 20th when the kids go back to school. Wish me luck! Cindy
