I did lose some of the saline again in my band

Just got back from my doc and I did lose restriction again.. not a whole lot but did lose some .. he gave me 3.4cc fill and oh yeah i feel restriction.. once again but here is what is intresting I lost 8 lbs of fat gained 4 lbs of muscle and 3 lbs of water .. said it maybe that way for a bit longer but the exercise is working... I will go back in 8 weeks for another fill...he said I am probally losing alot around my middle and he said i can see u do look better.. and it shows ..and said keep up the exercise and u will lose the weight .. just right now your body is shifting and most likey platue and will drop .. and not to panic u gained muscle.. just soon u will not gain as much muscle and water goes in to take out the fat .. but said it will change soon if not he will run more test to see why I either don't feel restriction or why I am losing the saline.. but oh man I am tight tonight yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good nite all and I am heading to vegas to attending the Obesity help conference.. friday am .. be well LIsa

Lisa, I'm so glad your doctor was able to give you such positive feedback. I hope the restriction lasts longer this time. I miss Vegas used to live there for many years. Have a blast.

Hey Lisa, 8 lbs of fat and 4 lbs of muscle is nothing to sneeze at! And your doctor wouldn't lie about how you look, so you must be looking great! That is so great that you have restriction again-woo hoo! Have a great time at the conference and be sure to report back to us!
