I got up as normal this morning and thought oh I will check and see if those numbers on the scale have changed any this week and I stepped on and it was 199. I made it to Onederland

I was pretty shocked considering what week this is form me but that just means the numbers are going to change dramatically next week. I can't wait

Anyways I just wanted to share my happy news on this happy day Have a Fantastic 4th everyone.
