Yay Crystal = what an amazing thing, isn't it, for the time to speed by so quickly and for our bodies and lifestyles to change as well, I really am surprised by it sometimes!!

Happy Surgiversary Crystal. You are doing fantastic you look great and hopefully feel the same. I started my journey in January too so we are close in time frames and weight loss . I feel like this has been such a habbit for such a long time but it's only been 3 months.
