Sunday weigh in 7/1/07
After my little escapade with my surgeon last week (he told me to drop to 60g of protein) I went on a mini-stall. Finally talked to the "NUT" and she and I agreed that 80g is better for me. Low and behold, I started losing again. Huh, guess she knows more than me and doc.
I also think my scale did a trick on me. Last sunday I weighed in at 256#, but the next day and until last Wed. I weighed in at 258#. I think I got an error at that 256#, but have been dropping as usual this week. As of this morning (Saturday), I was at 254.6# (and I weighed myself like 15x just to make sure).
So:
Heaviest (July '06) = 338#
Surgery 4/27/07 = 305#
8 1/2 wks post op = 254#
84# overall
51# since surgery!!!!!!
Good Sunday morning all you A-team LOSERS!.
I bought me a bike this week (Man, are my buttocks sore!) and I had a blast riding with my kids. It definitely brought me back to the summers of my youth. It also helped with the weight loss. SIX POUNDS!
Here's the numbers:
Highest, 11/27/06 387 lbs.
DOS 4/18/2007 358 lbs.
Last week 6/ 24 308 lbs.
Today 7/1 302 lbs. ( -6 lbs., I might hit my goal of 300 lbs. by July 4)

Way to go 'A' team! This was a good week for me. I lost almost 3 lbs. I also went and checked my monthly total and it was 15 lbs. I was a bit shocked, I expected about 10 lbs a month. I also have made it to the 220's. I can't remember the last time I was there.

Today- 229 lbs
Down 53 lbs total!
