muscle mass and body fat
Today i went in to see my personal trainer and today we did how much fat and muscle i really am I was shocked..
i have 168 lbs of muscle and 78 lbs of fat... my trainer said i weight as much as him have muscle and said I need to lose muscle aswell as fat goal will be 30 to 40 lbs of muscle and and 50 to 60 lbs of fat My trainer is also a nut .. I need less protien and more carbs to burn what i need .. and to keep my heart rate 110 to 130 for cardio work out.. for 60 mins he did say i will really look nice at 200
i still have restriction .. yeah !!!!! For lunch I had 2 oz of salmon and few mushed zuchinni and few tsp of brown rice I was stuffed
my body fat percentage was 32 % and anything over 30% is unhealthy he ... but he said i will get the weight off ..
just intresting to know I have more muscle than fat .. he said muscle is harder to to lose than fat..
here i was thinking i am 150 lbs of fat LOL
anyone get their fat percentage done?
