gym work out..

been at the gym one week now .. Worked up to 30 mins of cardio and then I do 30 mins of water aerobic work out and finish off with 6 laps.. sit in spa for 10 mins and hit the steam room for 5 mins.. and no weigh loss ..in 2 days.. but I did get one guy I was in pool with said baby keep your butt u have a nice one .. I THINK HE WAS FLIRTING WITH ME lol to funny .. I have talked to few people and they ask me how much u trying to lose and I said at least 100 lbs and they said what r u going for the anorexic look and I said I am 242 lbs and thier mouth drops and said u r so small boned u hide your weight .. real well so I guess I am losing inches not lbs and should be flattered men r looking at me once LOL.. damn hubby better hurry home soon LOL LOL be well all

Lisa I think it's great you are working out and people are noticing. WTG. Just remember muscle weighs more than fat so you might not see a drop right away but keep up the great work.

I do make muscle very easy .. and I know that has something to do with why I am dropping dress sizes but damn I want the pounds off .. I think it is patience is what i need thanks for the encougement Lisa
