OMG!! I ate almost a whole sandwich
Last night I ate an entire cheeseburger on a toasted bun with lettuce and mustard. I couldn't believe it. I was a bit uncofortably full... Felt like I HAD to eat it since a man cooked for me. (guess I should examine my head on that one...) Last month I threw up a kids cheeseburger from McD's... I've been avoiding bread, but crackers haven't been a problem. I can eat a LOT of salad. I'm pretty worried about it, so I'm going to ask at my next Dr appt. I don't have a NUT... but I'm pretty happy with my weight loss, too. I'm 10 weeks out too.
I have had a quarter of a sandwich at my friend's bridal shower. Then I went for my one month visit and was told I'm not allowed to eat bread, rice or pasta for 6 months after surgery, oops. But I haven't any since. I was eating mashed potatoes here and there, but felt guilty so I quit that. I pretty much only eat protein. Chicken, turkey ( burgers), cheese and cottage cheese, yogurt, SF pudding, etc. I'm only allowed cooked veggies right now, but the only cooked vegetable I can stand is green beans, so I've had some of those, I put cheese on them to make them have a little protein. I've had kind of salads, meat with a little lettuce and a little FF dressing.
