You mean I'm not invisible?
Aren't WOW moments awesome????!!!!! I have always had self confidence, but I know what you mean about feeling invisible. Now, I want to feel invisible for a little while longer. All of my clothes are falling off of me, but I refuse to buy new ones until I lose a little more. I even have a hard time looking in my closet of high school clothes that I always swore I would get back in to. I am afraid of the disappointment I will get if something I think should fit doesn't. But, all of my clothes that I was wearing 40 lbs ago make me look sloppy....lol... oh well, I am not buying more clothes until I know what I want to buy will fit.
RE: Not dating people whom you knew before the surgery and walking around with a chip on your shoulder. Hmmph. Sicilian has nothing to do with it. Apparently my Anglo-Saxon shoulder is carrying around the same chip because I happen to agree with you. Sounds to me like whoever said your attitude was unhealthy has never been faced with the problems a lot of us have faced as fat, invisible people. Pooh. You do what you think is right for you.
