Thought it might be interesting to get an idea of what your most common meals have been. Mine have been (all 4oz) Taco Meat (90/10) and RF Beans with a dab of Sour Cream and Cheese Chipotle Burrito Bowl (1/4) with Pintos, Pork, Hot Salsa, a dab of SC and cheese Coconut Encrusted Tilapia Hummus Meatloaf (home made) Noodle-less Lasagne (ricotta, marinara and mozzerella) Egg salad Snacks - Dry roasted Edamame Beans (wasabi flavored) Frigo low fat string cheese Spoonful of peanut butter (for protein) Yogurt That's about it. I seem to do the top two meals more frequently than anything because my wife makes it on Thursdays and I usually still have some left over by Monday or Tuesday as I can only eat 4oz at a time. I'm looking forward to everyone's ideas as I'd like to expand my horizons a bit!

I have less that I am tolerating so far (doc suspects my outlet is very very tight.) AM: Protein Shake (yep, everyday or I don't get in enough protein) Snacks or meal: 1 oz cheese 1/4 c rigotta 4 oz yogurt cruncho's soy snacks (I like the sour cream and onion the best) refried lowfat beans w/ cheese 1/4c soy (meatless) chicken and beans 1/4 c w/ cheese sprinked on top hot chocolate mix (smart forme) - usually PM drink/snack Used to have soup every day but not so much since it is now hot out just started being able to tolerate: taco beef 1/4 c w/ cheese and sour cream chicken breast 1 oz (had yesterday...sat in pouch forever!) egg salad 1 oz (had today...sat in pouch about 3 hrs before I felt ok) brocolli w/ cheese (1 or 2 well cooked tops w/ cheese melted on it) I can't wait till I like and tolerate more. I have got to try the hummus! That would definately be a great change of pace for me.
