I had a entree today it was tuna had 11 carbs in it was VERY moist and VERY easy to get down. I had it for 2 meals cause I just could not eat all it at once. But it was AWESOME!! I will be returning back to work in a week or so and need to fiind things I can eat there that I know I will not get sick from. But I was wondering if any of you tried them and which ones?? THanks!!! Love this board!! sandra

Hi Sandra, I also find the frozen meals very convenient for lunches. I like Lean Cuisine 3 cheese chicken-it's very moist and not too carby.

I have tried several of the lean cuisine and also smart ones. I just pick the ones I like with under 280 calories everything else seems to fall under what I want when it has the 280 calories or less. I like them all really but do agree a full one is way to much food. Which is really odd for me since I could eat 2 no problem before surgery.

I haven't tried them yet, my NUT also said South Beach ones are good, just to be careful of the soduim content of the frozen meals. Best of luck going back to work, it's been a challenge for me. lol jen

I bought a bunch of the "smart ones" brand frozen dinners because they were on sale. I've tried the Turkey and beef pot roast. Both left me feeling sick. I have the rest still sitting in my freezer. I'm hoping my kids will eat them. What works for me are the sliced turkey dinners, (I like the Meijer brand) and the frozen bean and beef burrito's. Now I'm sure the food police will question both of these choices, but that's what works for me. Good luck. DD

I've eaten them pre-op, but not really since surgery. biggest problem is I'm not allowed bread, rice or pasta, which rules out about 90% of the meals, unless I just don't eat that part, which really would be a waste of money.
