wow moment

Today I bought a size 16 dress and I was so shocked I had to buy another dress in size 16 and it fit aswell .. woohooooooooooooo I may not be losing weight as much as i like but i am losing more inches ... size 24 day of surgery 4 /18 today size 16 6/14 total weight loss 40 lbs from highest weight. 283 today 243 woohoooooooooo 40 lbs gone forever Be well Lisa

See?? WHy is that? You've gone down several sizes and I'm still wearing the same size and I've lost 50+ pounds!!!! Grrrrrrrrr LOL

Isn't it funny how different our bodies are? I weighed in at 207 this morning and am still in my 20's! I want to be a 16, I mean a 6!! GOOD FOR YOU LISA!!! I hope the dress looks great!!! Anything fun planned for the new dress?

Gonna meet my hubby at the airport today... and see what he thinks of next hehe So werid how our bodies .. handle weight loss .. I got rid of the hard packed fat awhile ago my fat is fluffy and jiggles and i mean jiggle what is so werid i feel thin sometimes .. does that make sense? but the weight is falling off my tummy .. hard to believe since it seems the bust goes first.. and belly last lol I am size 20 pants I even fit into XL pants were tight but they fit LOL I feel good!!!! which is the best part like I feel healthy

Congrats Lisa!! That's terrific I'm with Allie, I've lost 49 pounds and although my size 26 jeans are too baggy for public wear, and I had to find the tighter underwear in the "panty drawer of doom (don't ask)," I am still wearing the same bras - albeit not as tight - and the same size dresses and shirts. Honestly, I see pictures now and see that although i wore 26/28 tops and dressed, and my size 26 jeans were stretch, my clothes were just too tight before and the 49 lb loss makes them fit better. Ah well, it's not about the size so much as how I feel, and I feel pretty good!! Inky
