Pizza....
Thin crust cheese pizza works for me! I can only eat a small slice. I've also had the South Beach frozen pizza and could only eat half of it but oh was that delicious! I think it's ok to have a little pizza once in a while as long as you don't overdue it. The whole grain crust sounds like a nice healthy choice and cheese is a good source of protein.

Have not had pizza.. pasta no veggies little fruit
my diet is not about variety yet .. after the english muffin comming up i kinda went back to the mushies stage...
I eat fish no chicken or beef ,, did try some pork shredded went down ok but pizza no no no.. but then again i don't like pizza
