New pics on my profile!

I'm happy to say I'm down 37 pounds so far and feeling good! I posted a few new pics on my profile and you can see a little change in my body. I mostly see it in my face and the fact that I actually have a neck beginning to emerge! LOL! I went to a wedding over the weekend and I was surprised that I was able to drink 2 glasses of wine and it didn't effect me. I've heard so much about after this type of surgery that alcohol really effects you... well it didn't effect me. I had fun dancing all night so maybe I just sweated it all out my pores...haha! Crazy! Cheers!

that's wonderful!! you can really tell the difference I've been told by ppl that they can see that my face has changed, I don't really notice too much of a difference yet. I understand about the wine thing. we had communion at the wedding I was in on sat and I was afraid that the wine would make me sick, but I was ok. I didn't drink at the reception though ,I don't really care for alcohol very much, which may be a good thing.

Lisa, that is a HUGE difference! I can see the weight loss everywhere, but especially in your face-you look much younger now! And that's a totally cute outfit, by the way.

You look great! What an incredible amount of weight loss. I know what you mean about the alcohol. I had two drinks on Friday night and it did not hit me at all. I didn't want to dump, so I stopped myself from pushing the limits, but two drinks pre-op used to at least give me a good buzz. Nothing Friday night though. BUT, I will say that my pouch was very P.O'd on Saturday. I couldn't keep anything down all day ; not even water (foamies). I don't know if it's related, but I have to think so, since it happened the very next morning. I'm sure I'll try it again, just to be sure, but if I'm not going to get a little buzz and then I'm just going to foam all the next day, alcohol doesn't seem at all worth it anymore. That would not be the worst thing! Congrats on the weight loss. You look Fantastic!
