Smooth Move for Constipation

I found this tea from a post on the RNY Board some time ago. It is called Smooth Move. I bought it at GNC. It really works. All natural and not bad tasting. I sweetened it with a little Splenda. Hope this helps someone else. Michelle

I love the tea! Drink it unsweetened, tastes wonderful to me, and does that trick!

Thanks for the tip. I've been suffering horribly from constipation and will try that as soon as I can get to the nearest GNC!
