no scale

i am in utah with my sister for her daughters baby shower. we have been having a blast. but no scale. i will go nuts since i am one of those who have not stopped weighing every day. i think i will try a pig farm or something , they are pig around here and go weigh. lol just kidding. but it is scarry not knowing if you are going up or down. ttyl nikki

You know I didn't have access (or so I thought) to a scale and didn't want to go buy one so I just figured I'd weigh at my doctor's appointments and at my support group meetings. Well I found out last week that we have a good digital scale in our exercise room here at work (you can tell how often I go in there). Since then I've been fighting to stay off of it and only weigh once a week. Temptation is a killer!!!

I have been doing really good and only weighing on the scale on sunday weigh in! It makes my whole day!! dee

I am trying to stick to weighing myself only on Sundays also, but it kills me not to jump on that scale everyday. I put it out of site so I don't get on it.

Well just remember that you can not eat enough to make you gain any more....You will be so shocked when you get home and jump on that scale...I am leaving to go see my in-laws in VA. and I will go 6 days with out a scale....OMG>......NOOOOO.......LMAO>....Well you take care and hang in there...Enjoy yourself and let us know what the scale says when you get home......
