I think I sinned. I broke down yesterday and got a tall non-fat mocha, NOT decaf. My body handled it fine, it tasted sooooo good. I MUST have done something wrong. Right? Tell me again what you drink when you drink Coffee....

Was it Sugar Free? I always get SF. Right now I am hooked on Sugar Free Cinnimon Dolche Latte (I get the whip cream) I mainly try to stay away form anything but the SF. If you ask them at Starbucks they will give you a booklet with sugars, fat content, calories and such. I think it is also listed on www.dwlz.com I know it wasn't much help but maybe you could look it up and see for yourself. huggs, Rhonda

I did remember to order it sugar free....so I guess I did okay. Yay! It was so nice to drink something other than water and minutemaid light

Have you tried to drink Crystal Lite? It comes in 4 or 5 different flavors that is already in the throw away bottle, I buy them at Walmart in the 4 pack. Also, they come in the packets that look like the sugar at Olive Garden. Anyway you can find them in the Kool-aid section in a small box. You just add them to a bottle of water and your good to go. I also buy apple juice "no sugar added". I drink water and unsweet tea all day and still have to force myself to get my 64oz in. Hope that helps and treat your self to a Sugar Free cinnamon dolche latte at Starbucks next time. I will try the Moca and let cha know what I think. Good Luck. Rhonda
