2 month pics

It is amazing how our arms seem to grow longer as we lose weight. Alot of my family kept saying they noticed I have lost alot of weight, but I didn't realize how many inches till I printed pictures side by side. Take care, Dani

Thank-you!! I just checked out your pictures and wow you look GREAT as well. It does feel much better not being out of breath all the time when I go for walks or just trying to tie my shoes.

Oh yeah, You can see it. Can't wait to get to 6 months out and seeing where we're at. It works, and it's working for us. Gotta love it. DD

Hey your pictures really show a difference as well. Great job!! Yes, It will be exciting to look back in 6 months and see how far everyone has come. I am sure mine will start to slow down a little bit soon since I have lost so much already. I do need to get out and excercise more. Take Care, Dani

You are looking really great, I am looking forward to my 2 month pics. I don't have a clue how much I have lost because I don't weigh at home but I have an appointment on Wed. and I will get my 6 week weight. Congratz Roz

Thanks everyone!!! Roz it's not just the weight that makes the difference I can tell you first hand you will lose more inches then you realize. It's probably a good thing you don't have a scale cause I find myself checking my weight everyday now. Best of Luck!!

Dani, you sure got that right! The first month, I also was wieghing myself everyday. Then my husband broke the scale.... I owe him one though, cuz I didn't get stressed out after that! I too can feel a difference, down one whole size so far! Wahooo! Keep up the good work chickie@! Can't wait to see what next month has in store for us! Dawn
