I am so proud of myself

I got on the scale this morning and have lost 43 pounds. I have went from a size 26/28 to a size 20 as of this morning. I feel very blessed that I was able to have this surgery and I am healthier because of it. Sherri

WAY TO GO!!!! I just recently started going down in clothes sizes and it does feel Great!

Wow, what a huge difference! I recommend that you go to the store and look at bags of potatoes, and visualize yourself carrying 43 lbs. worth with you 24 hours a day. I did that this weekend and burst out crying in the produce section. No wonder I had such a hard time getting around!
