6 week check-up
I had my 6 week check-up, Wednesday. Everything looks good.
The Nutritionist freed me to try whatever strikes my fancy, EXCEPT sugars and deep-fried foods. Time for some grillin'
The Physical therapy guy told me to stay on my current work out regimen. Walking and recumbent bike. I also plan to start on a rowing machine.
The PA told me my weight loss was on track (-36 lbs) and that I should break 300 lbs. by mid-July. I told her July 4th. We made a friendly wager. Can't wait to take that whole dollar off her.
Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to have surgery, and the results. I'm getting more energy everyday and am learning to take smallllllll bites and chew a ridicolously long time.
