when will we feel better
I eat eggs, cheese (including cottage), chicken, turkey and tuna for protein. I can handle strawberries, cantaloupe, watermelon and honeydew. I burp a lot too, but mostly when I've eaten too fast, I try to go as slow as I possibly can. I just don't always feel hungry. I'm having trouble eating enough too, especially days I work. I only get a 20 min. break, so have to usually go like 4-6 hours before I can eat anything. I have to try to get most of my food in before and after, along with my liquids too. I'm lucky if I get to 600 calories a day, I don't know what to do. I know that's why the scale's not moving much.
I think my problem is my Dr. is so strict that I can not eat things to get a variety, I cna not eat any fruit yet or anything. Just the protein and liquids. I have been cooking for my family but not really eating with them. I would love some canteloupe right now. I did take a bite of watermelon the other day and it was great but then the guilt kicked in and I could not eat anymore.
I go to the Dr. on the 6th for my 6 week check up and hopefully will be able to eat some other things in addition to the protein.
