Question About taste?

Does everything taste to sugary or salty?

Yes I was a slater prior to WLS and now can not use it or have it used when cooking! I also find I can taste sugar in most things even my coffee I used a whole sweetner (sweet and Low) in a cup now i only use about 1/4 of the packet! Nuts!

Yes, much too sugary. especially the sf Jello & Pudding cups.

My taste buds have been TOTALLY out of whack... Everything has a dull sort of flavor... Nothing has that much "pop". If food is even slightly peppered or spicy, my tongue is totally sensitive to it (used to love spicy). Sweet flavors get somewhat annoying after a while.

I know my taste buds are out of wack. I used to drink water all day long before my surgery. Now, I can't stand the taste of it, and its only water. I have to drink crystal lite pink lemonaid all the time becuase everything else tastes horrible.
