Yes I am 21 days also....I could not believe it....Mine are just a stronger flow now...I think it is just like you said our bodies are having an easier time but it still thinks it has to fight to eliminate this junk......

I am the opposite. It took 6 weeks to get mine and it lasted only 4 days and I was always regular with 28 days for 6 days. Haven't asked the doctor about it yet. Have to go see my surgeon next Weds for a possible heria and I planned to ask. I will let you know what he says. Take Care, Dani

Well I'm 2 days late.... don't worry there's no chance of pregnancy!!! LOL! But I am wondering if it will start soon? I'm usually right on the dot every 31 days. So, we'll see. I'm sure not complaining... would love it if they slowed down and got farther apart!

I was late (2 days) and the duration went 7 days instead of 4 or 5 like normal. I am on BCPs, but I am guessing it will get back to normal over time.

a very timely subject, because I'm now at 31 days since surgery and wondering if it's going to come back any time soon. mine started one day after surgery and was 10 days early at that time, a not-so-nice surprise. I had my tubes tied over 20 years ago, so no chance of pregnancy here. Before that I was every 23-24 days and it would last about 5 days. I guess I'd just better be prepared, lol. I'm 47 now, it would be nice if it decided to stop sometime soon, frankly Inky

Well I was told that some women will get pregnat when they lose weight due to fat acts like a big huge birth control pill of estrogen .. I didn't think it would shorten my periods.. and make them last 10 days.. I have had two cycles since I had my surgery on april 18 ugh.. But i am sure the weight loss of fat has something to with messing up with my cycles. I know that beef ch****n and milk all have Hormones .. and the fact I am not eating beef or much chicken and more milk has some bearing also .. I better not get pregnant ,, but doc says when u r my age BCP is not a option . but then again he says odds of me getting pregnant are not likely.. I sure hope he is right I already have 7 kids. youngest is 8 and oldest is 25 and they did not arrive here w/o the help of my doc shots and turkey baster packing and some DNA from hubby LOL Be well Lisa

I don't really notice anything yet, then again I've never been regular in the least little bit, other than when I was on the pill during college. Mine still shows up and leaves whenever it feels like, I've had it about every other week since my surgery, and I'm not kidding about that, but that's not abnormal for me though. The doc said that would change after I lose weight, and it had better, or he's gonna have to do something to fix it, I can't stand it any more.

My cramps are worse and the flow is much heavier. I believe it was 6 or 7 days. But the cramps, they were killers! Now I just expect it will be that way.
