Any other A teamers run into a brick wall yet?
Hey Everyone,
I have been doing well so far. I have lost a totally of 35.5 pounds. It's been a little over a month. The weight started coming off very fast in the beginning. But I havent lost a pound in close to a week. I'm frustrated. I know 35.5 is a lot but I want more!!!!! I see the doc and nut tomorrow. Is it to early to hit a plateau?

I think we all did this....stalling...but after it starts back up you will lose a steady couple lbs. every week. I lose between 2-6 a week every week....Remember we can't eat enough to hurt ourself now....We might not eat enough.....weird I know....in a couple days you will drop....but just like others said try to increase your protein and see how you are losing then.....
