I finally have found a protein I can tolerate...thank goodness for UNJURY. Anyway...why can't we count our 8 oz of protein drink toward our 64 oz of fluids a day??? Also, whether I shake them or blend them, there's so much air in the protein drink that my tummy hurts. Does this happen to anyone else? Kerry

I have to mix it then let it settle before I even can drink it. I do not put mine in a blender anymore.

Our protein shakes DO count in our fluid intake. What airhead said that a protein drink made with milk OR water wouldn't count as fluid?? Geesh......water is water and milk is milk regardless if it has koolaid or protein powder in it. I just think that's such a silly rule. I don't drink protein drinks so I have no advice on the air. I get all my protein in my diet. Allie

I agree, in my papers about what to eat and drink, it says I'm supposed to drink 1/2 cup of milk three times a day, with or without protein powder in it, as part of my fluids and to boost my protein.
