I have been wondering the same...I have been making my own coffee with hot cocoa that is great but I too was wondering about Starbucks and Tim Horton's.....That's for asking Maria....

I went to Starbucks last week. I just went to the counter and asked for something that was de-caf, fat free and sugar free. They have SF caramel, vanilla and hazelnut flavoring. They made a Fat free, suger free caramel mocchiatto(excuse the mispel) It was ok, if you like caramel, I am definitely a chocolate lover!!! Tracey

I always order the same thing.. sugar-free, non-fat, decaf hazelnut latte.

I was told that I can't have coffee, tea or soda ever, the rest of my life, not even decaf.

Different doctor's say different things. I know I can definately have herbal tea. I only drink a cup of decaf coffee as a splurge.

Maria, I had my surgery on 4/30 RNY. and today i went to Starbucks and ordered a small caramel frap. light, and it took me over an hour to drink it but no problems at all, it has 20gs of sugar though but i was craving something new to drink, just stick to ones that can be made light. You can also go to the starbucks website and look at the sugar in all of the drinks before you go to the store. I hope this helps you. Toni
