Going Backwards

I swear it feels like I'm going nowhere. I can see that I'm losing weight. I don' t weigh myself at home because I don't want to get addicted to the numbers. But I left the hospital on 2 meds and now I'm on 5. I know that it's adding in foods and my body finally feeling like it's recovered but UGH!!!!! it just feels like I'm going backwards. Sorry to whine but it's hard to think I did the right thing by having the surgery when the pills are piling back on.

What kind of meds do they have you taking? As for the weight, I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised when you finally get on a scale. I'm sure you lost weight. Hopefully, you won't have to be on the meds for long. This recovery period is a pain... wish we could just fast forward to 6 months from now!
